I dig. Frog pretty much hit the nail on the head. I'm already up to the second part of the second world, so It is gonna be pretty short. Also keep in mind that I am missing a few pieces of treasure, so I probably will save a 100% completion for my second play through. Like I said, Frog described all the good points really well, the one thing I will add is how nice the (mostly) fixed camera is. During the stages, it stays at a slightly overhead side view. This makes the levels feel like a sidescrolling platformer WAY more than any recent Mario game. Think of it as a combination of the long, well designed levels of Klonoa, but with 3D exploration along the way. That isn't the best comparison, but I it's all I can think of right now.
Bottom line, I love it, my wife is going to love it when she gets done with Wind Waker & my son likes to watch it. Money well spent.
