Thread: Dreamcast games I missed.

  1. Dreamcast games I missed.

I like all of these genres but I think I've heard and read mixed things about each of these games which is the main reason I never bought 'em. If I decide I can't live without these five years from now, they'll likely be harder to find and/or more expensive. Let me know if you think I'm missing out in a big way (or even a medium way), thanks.

    Illbleed
    Blue Stinger
    Mr. Driller
    Power Stone 2
    E.G.G.
    Record of Lodoss War
    Cannon Spike
    Fur Fighters

  2. Illbleed - Sucked, Though it was fun for novelties sake
    Blue Stinger - Sucked
    E.G.G. - Sucked
Fur Fighters - You can get it on PS2 ass cheap

Illbleed - Mine is still in the shrinkwrap...
Blue Stinger - Never played it.
Mr. Driller - Awesome... track that shit down. And pick my up a copy while you're at it.
Power Stone 2 - I don't like it one bit... but lots and lots of others do.
E.G.G. - You can get it for less than five dollars. Any game is good at that price point. Well, almost.
Record of Lodoss War - Great. Amazing. Super... well, from the two hours I played.
Cannon Spike - I hated it, but the shmup humpers love it.
    Fur Fighters - Shit.

  4. Power Stone 2- very fun for mulitplayer. The original is more focused, so if you have just 1 other person to play with, it's the better of the two.
Cannon Spike- If you like Robotron, Psykyo, and certain Capcom characters, it's worth 15 bucks.

  5. Cannon Spike is fun as hell, and that's all it really comes down to.
Well that's like, your opinion, man.

  6. Mr Driller is a must-have. Start tracking.
E.G.G is a pretty cool action RPG, and it's cheap too.
Record of Lodoss War is Dreamcast Diablo. Not my cup of tea but lots of others seem to like it.
Cannon Spike is Psikyo, and therefore required gaming. Great fun and worth having.
Fur Fighters... um... If it's cheap and you don't have to work to find it, I suppose it can't hurt anything.

No idea on the others, good luck.

    I second that.

It supports co-op play, which is a blast as well.
I'm not a big shooter fan, but really enjoyed this game.
Short levels though, lots of Boss battles, very fun little game.
Ghouls'N Ghosts=Greatest game known to mankind

  8. Illbleed - If you can actually get the gameplay to work it might be tolerable, but basically it sucks.
Blue Stinger - It's interesting, but in the end it sucks.
Mr. Driller - I was just never a fan of the game itself, but I LOVE the character designs.
Power Stone 2 - My friends still drag this out from time to time. One of the best multiplayer games ever.
Record of Lodoss War - A piece of trash if there ever was one. A diablo clone (And a bad one) with an anime license. Kill me.
Cannon Spike - Extremely fun...I'm not saying that for the obvious reason
Fur Fighters - Theres fun to be had in it, but it's pretty mediocore.
    Play Guitar Hero //

RoLW rocks. I hated Diablo, and yet loved Record of Lodoss War lots. It is, in fact, one of the only hack 'n' slashes (apart from PSO) that I've ever enjoyed.

Illbleed is good too, although it scares me too much so I couldn't play it.
