  2. Most of the guys here are a little bitter that most of Ayami Kojima's Castlevania leads are prettier than their girfriends.

Seriously though, I've been a fan of her artwork since I was introduced to it through Symphony of the Night And although her artwork can be somewhat "delicate", it complements the theme of the modern Castlevanias fairly well, espically with the atmosphere and music of those titles. I really liked the artwork and covers she provided for Aria of Sorrow and Harmony of Dissonance (in this case, more thna the game itself), and I don't mind seeing her art continue to be used in the series.

She's becomming to Castlevania what Satoshi Urushihara is to Langrisser, and Amano/Nomura are to Final Fantasy.

I like the cover art. Opinion is still out on the game itself, I'll have to hold it until I can try it myself.

  3. I think the box art is cool and all, but I also agree with the "stop making them look like pussies" sentiment.

Oh, and I hate Amano's art style.

That's the problem right there. Men, especially ones that kick ass, aren't supposed to be pretty. The fact that you think men are pretty kind of says something in itself.

True, but then again when is every piece of videogame artwork supposed to be a true-to-life representation of the characters in the game. Artwork is granted such liberties.

  6. Aside from the incredibly large lower hand, I think it looks fantastic.

How to be a Newbie at TNL: Lesson three.

When someone throws down the STFUNEWBIE pic be sure to assume that they are showing you a picture of themself, because it make you look smart, and funny.

    Thank you... I appreciate it.

  8. I like the effeminate look. If every game character was 7 foot tall, with bulging muscles, moved like a tank, and had a giant package, it'd be boring.
    pwned by Ivan

  9. The artwork is beautiful without a doubt. The can keep the amazing artwork and make the hero look more like Drac has looked in the last few, like a man.

  10. That boxart is awesome, probably best yet out of them. He doesn't look too much like a bitch in this as the others did.

I'm not too tired about the style of the art, in fact I think this is her best design work so far.
