GREAT ride! I loved that whole Marvel area, I need to go back to that place.

As for the show, I didn't catch it. I went out for dinner with some friends. When does it come on again? I've meant to catch it.

Most of my 4 days in Orlando you could find me in Marvel Superheroes Island. Hulk, Spider-Man, and Dueling Dragons (Lost Continent) were the things to ride.

  4. Spider-Man was the worst crap I've seen on television in a long time. Why the hell would I want to watch something that my Dreamcast can do better?

  5. Simple, you don't really have any reason to watch it. I'd rather watch the 60s cartoon instead of this one. Right now, this series had better have nothing but Venom beating the living shit out of everyone in the city, or else it will suck even more, which is amazing. They should have tried to make the cars look more generic in it. On the upside, this visual style is ripe for the picking in a game based on this new show.

  6. Fuck, I missed it. Looks like I didn't miss much though.

  7. Don't worry, it's MTV, I'm sure they'll air it again if they can pry themselves away from the Real World marathons.

  8. It's on again tonight at 8:30 and 9... and it'll probably be on again tomorrow. It's MTV, they'd rather do a million repeats than actually play music.

  9. Are you guys crazy!?! The show kicked ass. When was the last time you saw characters dying in a Spiderman cartoon? The style was fine with me. I thought both episodes were kick ass with the 2nd one being alot better then the first. I can't believe we were watching the same show.

  10. I don't know why I watched part of this, but I did.

The animation was terrible. As usual with most cg television animation, the characters look like they're in a daze, or slow motion. There's absolutely no sense of timing, most noticeable in the lip-synch/ facial animation. Everything else was really stiff. None of them feel like actual living characters, it's like they're dead on their feet.

And why does Spiderman look like he's made out of plastic? I don't get it.
