Speaking of masks, it is insane that they aren't wearing them. If you get shot in bare skin you are going to bleed. If you get shot in the eye, you are going to go blind. They say you aren't supposed to aim above the chest, but paintball guns aren't accurate, and certainly not consistent.

I tried getting my gun over 300. Most guns can go to 260-290 when you go to the field and adjust its speed.

If you get shot close range, you'll bleed and get bruised. From far distance, you'll get bruised. Even if you get grazed, you'll bruise.

I played paintball a few times and in this one tournament, I had a shot graze the underside of my neck area, even if it didn't break it was still painful and something like that is bound to put an eye out.

If they can't play this WITHOUT headgear, it's more likely to be illegal because of safety concerns. Hope they realize this or get fined, sued and banned before they cause something serious to happen.

I should set up shop out there so I can rob the cheap bastards! Anybody care to join? ^_^

I'd say all this is a bit weird but it's certainly no stranger than some of the shit I've heard about. It's certainly not any more demeaning or sadistic.

I'm not really all that keen on the idea, though. It's stupid and I can think of a million better ways to spend the cash it would take for this...
