Need help with remaking this image into avatar

Well, I tried my best(as you can see in my avatar ), but my Photoshop skills are not so great, so I was wondering if someone can take a look at this image, and see if it can be turned into avatar with 100 x 100 pix range, without loosing most of the picture.
