Thread: Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram

  1. 11/12/2003 -- Pity almost everyone who has played it says it sucks, and even those who don't say that admit VOOT is much better.
Pretty much. I won't be buying it. You can supposedly trash the AI by constantly using jumping RW, then falling behind cover afterwards. Even on the hardest difficulty. And the multiplayer is supposed to be a joke. Meh.

So very true. VOOT is close to peerless, imo, yet head-to-head competition is not simply scarce -- it's non-existent (at least for me).

Lucas, if at all possible, I would recommend tracking down a pair DC twinsticks for VOOT. After a little play time, you won't regret your purchase.

I found a set at T-Game on Sawtelle in West L.A. If they're still in business, give them a call.
    "Fiends! Animals! Bastards!"

  3. I have both the DC Twinsticks and the Saturn Twinsticks, with the adapter to play the US version of VOOT.

They both work really well, this is an awesome game to play when I throw a party. I can't wait to get a bigger TV so the split screen doesn't look so small

  4. They would be about $90 for a Dreamcast set including postage.

  5. Do you still need a copy? I can sell you my US copy. I Suck at the game and it really isn't my thing (no competition either).

Do you remember how much they were?

ok, just to make sure, when you say set, does that include the game? or were you just calling it a set just cause. cause both make sense.

  9. Without the game, quite pricey I know.

  10. i was actually expecting more, and that wasn't even including shipping.
