Think about all the protestors that'll be standing outside of the school everyday with signs like "Fag School = Aids Factory" and assholes on TV, like Pat Robertson, saying that stuff like "This school is part of a homosexual agenda to recruit impressionable children, teach them homosexuality in an atmosphere that nurtures heathenism, then call on them to molest children to further spread this act that is an abomination before god." Yeah, that'll take the preasure off these kids...

On one hand, it could make life easier for some people. On the other, it's sort of like giving in to homophobia, isn't it? "Let the fags go to fag school, we don't want them around".

Its established as a gay school, so they should keep that focus in the public eye and still let anyone in. It should develop enough notoriety to stop a decent portion of people that dislike gays away from attending, and if anyone goes simply with the idea of starting trouble, perhaps they can be weeded out with a bit more ease.

Seriously, homosexuals must adapt to real society eventually. It would probably serve them better in the long run if they assimilated in high school rather than segmenting themselves from the heterosexual population.

I just don't see how its to their benefit outside of the alleged harrassment (everyone is harrassed in high school), but it will neither cripple or advance their social skills in any way. So if they want it, let them have it.

Obviously one would never get built, but if someone in position of influence (superintendent of schools for example) even proposed this idea, he would be branded a bigot, homophobe, and be crucified and most likely fired.

Its only going to be a matter of months till some Hetero dude trys to go to the school but gets denied, and then sues.

This of course will be real great for these Gay students, make sure they have as little possiable interaction with non-gays, so that they build a nice healthy level of hate!
