I would imagine that the stage shown in the pics and vids was the first stage, since it does bear a bit of a resemblance to the first stage in the original game, which was, if memory serves, a jungle-ish stage.

Remember that last level of Flashback, with all those weird brain things, and those monkeys whose heads you blow away to high hell? Yeah, that was great.

I didn't like that part where you fall like 2 screens and catch yourself on a ledge... should've ripped his arms clean off.

It took me 2 tries to beat the game, I got to the ship but didn't figure out to press up. I'm an idiot.

The graphics don't quite mesh with the Conrad sprite, but the new scrolling screen is a major plus. Shame there isn't a definite release date on this. Thanks for the scoop Frogacuda.
