Damn them and their 'we like profit' idealism!
Ziff Davis sees an increase in advertisement.
According to research done by Adscope, Ziff Davis Media has seen a substantial increase of page ads in the first quater of 2002, marking a 47% compared to 2001. EGM, Ziff Davis' most renowed videogame mag breaks this down to 204 pages worth of ads in the first quarter last year versus 307 this year. So if you've ever had the sinking feeling that mags are covering less and plugging more, you might be on the right track.

I don't mind the ads that are mormal pages like the rest of the mag. It's those card board fillers that feel ugly and always seem put in-between the pages I want to read.
Ok. In that case...please click and do your game purchases through our Amazon advertising. It helps us a great deal, kthx.Originally posted by Astral
