You can get a Stafford loan, or look for scholarships at fastweb.com. Chances are that your parents aren't complete bums, which makes you pretty much ineligible for the Pell grant until you're 23.
Do you have good credit? If so, just take out a loan. Search around for scholarships though I doubt if you could get one unless your grandparents were veterans, you're handicapped (not including your spelling), or you have Native American blood in you like 88.
Also, your dad's a doctor... wtf???
You can also join Vector and start selling Cutco knives. Not sure if they are around your area though... my friend did it, it seemed like a scam but he made good money off of it...

Well when it came down to it, he payed. But things are harder now than they have been. He made the least amount of money this year than he has ever made in the 11 years he has had his own practice in this town. It's a complex mixture of shitty people not paying him, insurence not paying him, the depression, and current laws and what not, regarding the medical field in Mississippi. A lot of people just don't pay. And what can you do? say no, go away? Hence the orginal question. I wanted to releave some of the problem, and insure a more stable future for myself.
You also spelled "finished" wrong twice.
More importantly, what the hell is a bursarie?
I think a combination of performing on street corners plus selling drugs would be ideal. You can do both at the same time since you'll be on the corner.

Find a woman with so much money she doesn't know what to do with it all. Worked great for my buddy Steve.
