This dosen't require the league of extraordinary gentlemen to setup. Just pick a server to dedicate it to, someone say "I GOT OPS LOL" and let it ride. An unofficial can turn official eventually.

Well, yeah. They want it integrated into the boards though. That takes some investigation on what programs can be used, which takes time.

A web-based client would be cool, as long as it didn't put too much stress on the server.
