Well, first you need the TV adapter. That picture is of the board inside the adapter. Then you need an RGB monitor (an old Amiga monitor will do). Find the pinouts for you monitor and pull out your soldering gun. Just connect the dots. R on the GBA adapter goes to R on the monitor. G goes to G, B goes to B, Sync goes to Sync, and Ground goes to Ground. It helps to have a female connector end around for whatever type of cord goes to your monitor. My monitor is rigged up with (among other connections) an RS232 9 pin connector with sync on 1, ground on 3, red on 8, green on 7, and blue on 6. I just solder wires from my GBA to the back of a female RS232 connector and I'm good to go.
