New Xbox emulator for PC?

All of Capcom's fighting games for DC already have online in them. The problem is the code is specific to Capcom's former online service. You can't even enter a phone number. If someone could crack that, since it was only a matching service, then you'd be in business.

You remember how Kaillera was added to games that have nothing to do with online support? If anyone was able to get a proper DC emulator running, they could manage to add this and we'll be ready to go!

Only problem I see with capcom's maching service is calling others and tying up the phone lines, but like you said if there's a way to hack it, I think a little "adjustment" could be made for it's online use.
