It doesn't work for every game, particularly older ones and SCE first party games. There should be a "Special offer..." bullet point in the description.

In the new EGM (Enter the Matrix on the cover) there's coupon from EB that's for a $10 voucher if you buy PSO and XBox Live together, that's the best that I've come across.

I tried ordering three $19.99 games on the website and it wouldn't take it, so I had to go to the store
