Integrated components are becoming a good thing, IMO. Who wants to buy an ethernet or sound card anymore? I don't. Check out any NForce2-based motherboard for an example of integration done right. (NForce2 mobos also have GeForce4MX-level video on-board. Not bad at all.)

I just bought an Asus A7N8X (I think that's it..) and the onboard audio is so horrible, fortunatly though, I use my headset to play games. But I couldn't possible listen to music through my speakers.
