All this time I thought Itagaki had worked on the NES Ninja Gaiden games and so I had an obligatory respect for him.

Why is the guy so cocky and able to get so many interviews based on so little in terms of achievement?

He's really good at self promotion. And graphics. Although come on, he's at least twice as good as Dave "one hit wonder" Perry.
