Sounds like a weird, but intriguing idea.

I have little hope for it, though, seeing Jet Li's other Hollywood films.

I mean seriously...how can you possibly mess up a scene where you have Jet Li fighting UFC fighters? In America, that's how.

Also, I haven't been too fond of any of Li's characters outside of Fist of Legend of LW4. Obviously, his action speaks more for his character in most movies, but I think his FoL "character' is really the one he does best, so it will be interesting to see if they use that in this new flick.

Well, I am very excited about it, since I am big Jet fan, both his HK and US films. While his US films are not as good as some of his prior HK works, they arent that bad either. I just rewatched C2TG and it was decent action film, plus you get an option to see final fight between Jet and Mark D uninterrupted, which is short but cool fight.

Danny the Dog(the name might change before the release time), looks more darker type of story, something simular to Kiss of the Dragon, and it produced by Luc Besson.

Instead of Jet usual fight choreographer Cory Yuen, Yuen Woo Ping and his team was involved, and hopefully it will be low on high flying for which Woo Ping known for, and be more brutal, ground based fighting, which is Yuen specialty.

Hopefully, they will release a trailer for it sometimes soon.

Sounds interesting... until I heard that the director from The Transporter is involved.. that movie was "meh." I hope Luc Besson can save this movie.
