Regarding Border Down, the stage 5 BGM "Snow Fox" flat out kicks ass. The stage 6C boss music "Morning Kisses" is especially good played loud- same goes for "Crushing Blow" (stage 6A).

Zed Blade- Stage 3 and the final boss BGM (with some eerie opera-like vocals, and one of Santaruru's Battle Garegga riffs used here before BG even came out)
    DDPDOJ- Stage 2, Stage 5
Ketsui~ Kizuna Jigokutachi- "No Remorse" (The theme for the real final boss.)
    Battle Garegga- Stage 2
Battle Bakraid- BGM for Naval & Cloud stages
Zanac Neo- Stage 2 (I forgot the title, but it's a NICE remix of the original Zanac theme)
Elevator Action II- Stage 1 (first part), Stage 3 (parts 1 & 2), and Stage 2 (during the fight inside the plane)
Metal Black- "Dual Moon", "Born to be Free", "Phantasm", "Area 26-10", and especially "Non-fiction" (bonus stage 2 & the credits).
Fighter's Impact- "Be Cool" (Sanson's stage during 2P battle)

    Finished in 2021: 8 games (PC: 4, PS4: 2, PS3: 1, X1: 1)

Ah, the English. I didn't really discover blur until their Best Of album. What a band, you have to respect their range: from To The End to song 2, it's all great stuff. I never got to see them, but I liked what I heard on the live album. If I had to pick a favorite song it would be Bettlebum. You can't beat a good heroin song.
