That's just depressing...
but that is innovative..
The guy made a good point though. Why the hell didn't they try and take it off of him? It'd hardly be motion sensitive if he's wearing it around his neck. All they do is take it off, throw it into the woods and run like hell. Hell, he shoulda done that.
I'm just wondering why the cops never helped him?
corrupt M & F'ers, he should have just taken a few with him for this.
"Your soul better belong to Jesus, mmm-mmmmm..... cause your ass belongs to me!"
This makes me feel remarkably sad. Moreso than I would have thought.

Man, I feel sorry for the pizza guy.
What's even more sad is that there's an explosive device attached to a guy and the bomb squad took 40 minutes without showing up. And then the other cops just stand there idly without even trying to rescue that man.
The sad state of law enforcement.
Sickening news. The cops who didn't do shit deserve some kind of jail time, or some punishment. Of course, they'll probably get nothing.

Those cops could possibly have handled it better, but I could understand their paranoid POV. If a bomb was strapped to someone and they asked me to remove it, and I wasn't trained in bomb defusal/removal, I might think twice about touching it too. Easy for us to make judgements about them after the fact, I think they acted in a way many of us would: call the experts, don't touch the f-ing explosive device till they arrive.
This is assuming, though, that everything went down as the Communist News Network is reporting it, however![]()
omg TNL epics!
That's the best CNN name I've seen yet, congrats. You make a good point about them not having experience in bomb defusal though. I can't shake the feeling that not everything was done that could have been done.
