ACLU "IS" a violation of the ammendment, same goes for that peice of shit DMCA.

I have nothing but hate for the aclu, but in this case, they may be the demon you need to summon. I would definitly talk to them..and then take a long, thorough bath with disenfectants. Check the eff too, they are looking to take this one head-on, and they could advise her best in what to do next.

I can explain it simple, the ACLU is a law written in for bypassing our laws of privacy for any obligations reguarding either criminal or terrorist activity. Sadly, it comes with a few "additions" that also jump on the rights of normal people as well.

The DMCA is another that's been used with it, in terms of copyright infringement, this is basically an excuse for any company to sue over ANYTHING and it's something activists are trying to have taken out because it has been a source everyone has been abusing in general.

The way i'm seeing it, the law isn't ment for right or wrong anymore, it's nothing more then a f*cking political game which only benefits those who want to enforce it.

Best bet is try to settle the lawsuit, she or the son could probably settle it right there for 2 to 3 grand, like this girl who’s daughter used kazza.
