Awesome. I'm all for these Smash Bros.-type games. Now where's my Nintendo vs Sega?
From Video Fenky
They'll be foolish if they leave out Snake from the lineup. After all, they did use the Ninja in Krazy Racers.Remember that Smash Bros.-y game announced offhand by Konami a good half-year or so ago? More information was finally released on it today. Called Dream-Mix World Fighters, the Hudson-developed title is coming to the PS2 and GC this December and will feature four-man fighting with all sorts of Konami-owned characters and manga heroes. Among the characters confirmed so far: Bomberman, Momotaro, Takahashi-meijin [Master Higgins], "Yugo" (Hugo from Suikoden?), the Powerful Pro Baseball guy, Twinbee, Simon Belmont, Rika-chan (the doll/anime star), and Takao (the hero in the Beyblade anime, probably). Hmm. That's not too bad for a starting lineup, I suppose. Where are the Kojima-game characters, though?

I'm surprised there isn't more interest in this game. Konami has a huge wealth of characters to use and Hudson has a bunch, especially from their TurboGrafx years.
Master Higgins? I'm so there.

Now I have to play this.
Tran vs. Liquid Snake.
MUST HAPPEN.
Yugo from Bloody Roar?! hahahahahahahahahahaha
I'm gettin' this!
This I can't wait to see screenshots of. I hope it sports a large roster.
I'd love to see Pentarou fighting in this.
I thought this was a hoax...
Great friggin' news. Where's Ninja Five-O? Hudson developed the game for Konami, so he should be a given, dammit!
