the pikachu looks pretty good, but that other one... anything from the neck down is downright creepy. the dude has no arms, and just... he's got no arms!!!
it looks like you might have tried to ink out some of it (the eyes), but that just might be you pressing really hard with the pencil. if that's what it is, i'd say to press a little lighter. it's just that my attention goes straight there than to anything else (not that the guy has arms or anything). it would/could be good if you finished it, but it's not that bad.
