I too, hope they finish this up nicely. I don't want to be left waiting for the movie to tie up the threads in 2005.

Also, be on the lookout for the new opening and ending animations, in episode 42. First three openings have been excellent, and two out of three endings have been great too... so I'm looking forward to that episode.

EDIT:: 41 and 42 which was basically an one hour special is out. Man the new intro for episode 42 totally rocked.. one of the best animated scenes ever~ Better than most anime movie quality. The outro is amazing too.

Um, hello? testing? Yes, those episodes were awesome, 40 through 42 have been, to me, the most satisfying episodes in a while. Providing some answers, asking new questions ... generally kicking ass. I'm so pleased with this series right now I can't even begin to talk about it ... well ... ok

Martel's death, amazing, very moving ... I felt so bad for Al. Scar's exit and death ... WOW, so awesome! He was such a bad ass, very cool stuff! The Fuhrer, Ed and Al's Dad ... damn, just about everything is so crazy right now! Alphonse's body becoming the Philosopher's Stone ...

The "MAN" that's controlling the Homonculus.. who do you think it is? I'm thinking it's Ed's father since he suddenly appears out of nowhere. Also, before it was announced who Pride really was going to be, I always thought it was going to be the Furer or Ed's father (this was before i learned of the fact there is someone controlling even pride... I always thought pride was the "HIM" lust and gluttony spoke of) Now Furer is off the list. I'm guessing it's their dad. And one last thing, Lyra is obviously evil, I wonder what kinda role she has in this
