Most overpriced games?

I already had a loose copy of the game I had gotten from a friend, but due to me being an AVID collector of all things Panzer Dragoon (note: I could make a Neo Geo collector feel sane about some of their purchases) I had to have a mint/complete copy.

Was it worth it? Well, it certainly looks nice chilling next to the LE Xbox, the plush Lagi, the LE Orta sculpture by Takayuki Takeya, and the entire library of sealed soundtracks (although I really wish a certain board member would hurry up with my second copies of said soundtracks so I could actually listen to them... grrr).

If it's your bag, I guess that's cool. To be young and have nothing to pay for

I dunno if this really compares, but I spent around $20 for a used cart only Gameboy B/W game "Yoshi." Awesome game. Its not the Yoshi Cookie game. Its the mario brothers characters stacking game where you try to create Yoshi eggs, and you can swap the columns by controlling mario who holds up the columns on plates that he switches back and forth. If you see it, get it, even though it costs just about the same as it was 10 years ago.

I got you all beat. For some reason, Skies of Arcadia Legends (that everyone and their mother was clearing out for cheap prices) is now going for 45-65 dollars sealed on Ebay, with a few copies even hitting higher than 65 I'm told.

WTF???

Splatterhouse 3 for the Sega Genesis is getting really expensive on Ebay.

I saw a complete copy go for $83.00 last week. Another for $43.00 this week.

I should have held out, I sold my complete copy for $15.00 a few months back on Ebay.

I bought it for $20 back in 1995.
