Yes, they can. Even old Saturn games. Soukyugurentai has fallen in price in the last 2 years, for example.

Mars Matrix used to sell for boatloads, and now it's not selling at all. and i've got a copy still brand spankin' new that i hoped to cash in on.

Well, I got Radiant Silvergun when it was new, so I didn't have to go through the insane prices, but after playing it for all these years, I have to say it might actually be worth what it is going for now.

For real - got mine shortly after debut. Eeny-Meeny-Meyny-Mo'ing through the Die Hard Gamer's Club Catalog got me that gem, and Real Bout Collection on the same Day.

Radiant Silvergun: Yeah, I know it's been brought up before but I think it should be the poster boy for frothing demand. The game is awesome, but $200 awesome? I'm not too sure about that. I'm sure some here think so and I respect that but I can't see why it should be so expensive.

So that doesnt count. If someone bought it for $350, then thatd be something. But I could list a copy of Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt for $350 BIN if I wanted.

Seller's greed? Do tell me that if you are trying to sell something to somebody you don't know that you are not going to try to get the largest dollar you can?

RS prices are realistic supply and demand, the buyer misconception simply shifts the demand curve right.
