Hm, ok. Could be worse.
Looks pretty foreboding, that's nice...
No thanks, guys. Sales -1.
You liked Kya? I thought she was one of the worst-realized characters of 2003. I'd hate her if she had any coherent personality to hate.
The game though, is good.Relaxing is a good word to describe it -- unless you're on a particularly hard boarding section.

I picked this game up at wal-mart yesterday for $17 canadian. Haven't tried it yet but figured I'd pop in and see what the verdict was. I was glad to see that Bio was enjoying it and at the current price I wasn't too worried that it was going to suck although I was pretty sure it was going to be decent.
Once I'm done Haven I'll move on to this budget title.

For various reasons, some of the screenshots look like they're from Grabbed by the Ghoulies to me. It couldn't play much worse.
It's not a bad game as far as platformers go. It's no Sly Cooper, but still quite enjoyable. There's a good mix of different styles of gameplay, thewindstream section are a lot of fun. My only real complaint is that it's full of bugs. The game really should have been in development for a few more months, instead of being pushed out for the holiday season.
Haven sucks, Kya's pretty good. And I don't mean that as a "at TNL there's someone who'll recommend anything" kind of good, but as a genuine "this game is overlooked" kind of good.
I doubt I'll be dissapointed at the price I got it for, same thing with Haven. For the price I am having a blast.

I guess opinions always vary. I really had no fun with Haven, though. Played it to the end, too. (Hey, I'm dedicated to my job.)
Well at least your opinion is a respectable one. I'm also enjoying Haven, of course it helps that I'm playing through it with my gf.
