I say Korean because everyone gets they peni hard over Japanese animation and that's all anyone talks about.

That's mainly because the Koreans haven't figured out the "plot" thing yet, no one wants to watch anything that might be from China because they're communists, and European animation is trash for the most part.
Wonderful Days is indeed pretty, but it suffers from Titan AE syndrome -- the plot is cliche and weak. The director even admitted it. The production studio is one to keep an eye on, but don't expect a masterpiece with this movie.
