Try megabuys on eBay. They aren't super timely in delivery, but they haven't ripped me off, and they always have good stuff. I got a brand new Demon's Crest from them for only ten bucks. Dirt cheap for a really good SNES game.

www.telegames.com has new games for all systems, but expect to pay for the product. They still sell Jaguar games for $50.
www.mcvans.com has a good selection of new SNES games.
