The easiest and most reliable solution is usually a Game Genie.
But you can find 72-pin connectors all over eBay.
So it's just sitting there behind GameStop waiting to be thrown away and I'm thinking "I can fix it." Took it home and it works well enough. Fist game I played was Demon Sword - This is by far one of the most badass games I've ever played - and Zelda 2. I also bought Dragon Warrior, but I was curious about any other RPG-ish game I might want so by all means make as many suggestions as you can (though I'm picky as hell) and any decent action game suggestions are cool too.
Also does anybody here know where I can buy a replacement slot for where the cartridge plugs into that'd be a big help.

I saw MegaMan 1 at GS, but for $20, no thanks
It's worth $20 just to be able to stare at the game's cover whenever you want. Here are some ebay auctions for Mega Man games on the NES - MM NES auctions

PUNCH OUT!!!!!!!!!
Take a wild guess as to what games I'd recommend. However, I'd skip Dragon Warrior I-III since they can be played in better remade form via emulation or on GBC. Definitely track down Dragon Warrior IV, it's the best US-released RPG on the system. Some others you might want to check out:Originally Posted by ShineAqua
