Nekketsu Oyako (Hot Blooded Family) is a merely okay game. Anyone who expects it to be Streets of Rage will be disappointed. Graphically, it is about equal with Burning Fight (bleh) on Neo-Geo.

HBF's graphics should have been better, even for an early-gen Saturn title. It does have some nice touches like certain comical moves and the ability to pick up firearms.

Get Zanac X Zanac at least for Zanac Neo. This new one is great and it's about time Compile brought a new shmup out on 32-bit.

Warriors of Fate is pretty good. It's better than HBF, and you can cut enemies in half or dismember them by using special moves as finishers. If you chance upon WoF & HBF at the same time, WoF should be your first choice between the two.
