P.S. - I got the game off ebay months ago, and haven't seen it on since...exactly how rare is this game, anyway???

Eh? You have a keen eye methinks, haha. Small ebay and small internet indeed....at least for shmup fans

I'd have to say it's a very low print run on XII Stag. Most likely 5000 or less, though I don't know exactly the total number.

Would you know if Zanac Neo is that low of a print run as well by any chance? I want to try it but don't know why it always sells for at least $60 used still....and if it's even worth it......

The print run for Zanac X Zanac is probably greater, but honestly I don't know for sure. It's that high of a price probably more so because it's a well known and respected game(my fav PSX exclusive shmup personally), which is almost impossible to find new in a conventional shop nowadays being two years since the release. Likewise it seems those that have it are reluctant to give it up. If you can find it for under $70 I'd recommend getting it right away

By some miracle NCS had new copies in stock for a few days only last month. Price was $53, but now sold out.
