Backgrounds! Kudos on starting to use them! ^^ Since you have a style that's leaning towards realistic proportions, etc., you might want to try to pick up linear perspective. I couldn't explain it with just text, but if you want, I could try to find some books that might have a little on it.
Your lines are starting to look tighter. Nice variance in the faces. Work on feet a little. Some characters don't look grounded.

Thanks Finch. Feet are something I'm fiddling with to get new poses, so I am working on them. And I'll keep my eyes out for linear perspective books. ^^
