I've been busy with studying for finals. But even when I do come here, there are few topics I'm actually interested in joining. I'll probably pick up a little before Christmas and then when school starts again. I kind of miss the political bash-fests we used to have.

Mzo, while some paraplegics do it (more power to them, by the way), that doesn't mean everyone can. Every serious medical condition can affect folks differently, in my case, I've got kind of a snowball effect of medical conditions due to being born so prematurely. Besides that, I have no real desire to go to college, beyond learning more, which I can do without college.

How does going to school and getting an education (higher education) have anything to do with your illness? You sit in class and learn. Guh, it's sad to see some people just give up and throw their life to low paying retail positions.

First, I'd need to be able to drive to get to school, to just sit in class and take it all in. Then, I'd need to be able to see well enough to read quickly, something that hasn't been the case since my surgery. Should an operation or other method come about that would enable this, I'd just on it, as I would love to go to college. As it stands, online courses are my most realistic option.
