I'm always under the speed limit but I'm also a lazy bastard who's never ever in a hurry. Driving is all about relaxing and listening to some good tunes. People hate to drive with me because I almost never pass semis.

I swear to God I'm the only person around here who understands this. Getting on the freeway at 30-40 is the order of the day around here. Several times I've witnessed or been stuck behind someone who came to a complete stop at the mouth of the freeway. It's so wonderful to be out in 70 mph traffic at 30 mph, oh so very safe.Originally Posted by Rumpy
I used to speed until I got a bunch of tickets. Now my insurance is insanely expensive and I keep it under 10 MPH over the limit.
I speed but it depends where I am. If I'm on a highway or hugely busy street I'll do anywhere from 100 to 120. But not always. It depends on how alert I am and where I am. I don't go over 60 in residential zones.
It should be mentioned that I live in Canada and that's kph, not mph. (70 mph = roughly 100 kph... I think) Plus where I usually drive around is farmland in Oshawa or Ajax, Pickering, etc.

In Norman, people can't really drive very fast because things are kind of cramped on the small roads. On the rare occasion that I actually drive my car, I usually drive the speed limit, if not a few miles below. In Dallas, though, you'll have a tough time if you aren't doing at least 70-75 on the highway. Most of the time the speed limit is 65, but sometimes it is 70.

Isn't it MPH in the States? Well, I figure I'd just throw out everything that way I couldn't possibly make a mistake.... and yet there it is.
Right then.
