My main problem with the death penalty is the possibility of executing an innocent man. Because we don't have to worry about that in this case I say fry him.

A person really shouldn't be able to appeal more than once anyway.

Maybe you feel differently but people having so much bloodlust is bad (in my books). Let the past die. No good comes of revenge in the end. All killing one human could do is continue the notion of killing.

If you kill somebody I love, given even the most remote opportunity, I will kill you. I don't know if that's right or wrong, but it's what I'd do.

A Time to Kill was a real good book, even though I VERY quickly got tired of all the Grisham novels. I think that one was his best, and it's somewhat relevant.

When we are talking about somebody's LIFE, their EXISTENCE, then yes, they should be allowed to appeal as many times is necessary to absolutely prove without a shadow of a doubt that they committed the crime in question.

But with the criminal justice system as it is, that can never happen. So the death penalty should not exist.

Capital punishment is a funny thing, because I have never ever met a single person who has done serious research into the topic and come away with more support for it than they had previously.
