Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Temporary Internet Files > Settings
Click Every Visit to the Page. Click OK. Click Delete Files and OK on the new window. When that's done, click OK. Close all IE windows and restart. Try out TNL. If you're still having problems, go to http://www.mozilla.org and download Mozilla 1.5 or Firebird.

I use Opera and it does it to me every few days. TNL, and only TNL, decides it doesn't like to load or post. It goes away on its own in a few hours.
