I still say that the GBA's Super Circuit is the best Mario Kart ever.

And I don't see why this one wins "by default." No decent battle arenas, mediocre track design, character specific items, and increased chaos retract from the overall experience.

The original had a better single-player game, a better battle mode and better tracks. The N64 game had a great battle mode. The GBA game had a great single-player game, a great battle mode, great tracks, PLUS everything from the original. Super Circuit wins.

I love that game. it's simply amazing. The 1P mode, the Co-Op, the multiplayer.. great game.
All the other post up here..... are just that poor guys who wish to ever get a game so great as Mario Kart in they shameful systems ... hehe well.. whatever...
