There is not. These images belong to Strider Hiryuu 2 and Marvel vs. Capcom Secret Files. The Secret Files are tribute flyers / little mags Capcom releases with every arcade game since the CP-S II era to show game authors' impressions, extra artwork and to make some fun. That legolized Strider scene is part of that fun. Check all the Secret Files in ArcadeFlyers.com. It is worth.

The Secret Files only go from 1996 (19XX) to 1999 (Strider Hiryu 2). The Jojo file tends to be the most expensive at $70+.

There were sets of files 1-20 floating about at some point.
