Test Drive: LeMans good on the PS2?

The EB near me has Test Drive: LeMans for the Playstation 2 for $12 for some reason, and I'm wondering how it compares to the Dreamcast one. I have played the Dreamcast version extensively (completed the 24 hour race), and I'm wondering if the PS2 one holds up. I heard it has new tracks and vehicles?

I am sure it is...see if you can find me a copy of Looney Tunes Space Race! (AHHHHHHHHHHH - I don't have it for DC anymore)

20 new cars & 1 new tracks divided into 2
BUT
the resolution & texture have been burned beyond recognition

that REALLY hurts the game, it really doesn't come close to the DC in graphics
