Nice, I click the link and get bombarded by a full page ad for Club Dread. Makes me want to format the damn computer now.![]()
IGN posted part one of three in a series about PS2 vaporware. Personally, I couldn't give a shit about most of the games listed but I was dissapointed to hear that The Lost was cancelled. That game (it was a survival horror game about a mother searching for her daughter in Hell, with all sorts of references to Dante's Inferno) looked pretty cool.

Gotta love IGN and their billions of ads. Eh, they gotta make a buck somehow, I guess...Originally Posted by cka

I get peeved off at their Windows Media streaming. Urges me to get Insider for once.
I hit refresh before the ads have time to fully load, it always makes the problem go away. Works on Gamespot too.
And it was an interesting article. I'm looking forward to seeing what they list off in the next two in the series, and wouldn't mind seeing a Gamecube or X-Box version.

It is a shame about The Lost. Irrational still hasn't confirmed cancellation of the game but it seems very likely that it was cancelled.
Damn 92.95?! Why won't they refund it? Did it charge you that for a month?Originally Posted by jp

I was pissed when I found out they had cancelled Shaun Palmer's Pro Snowboarder 2, since the first game is one of the best and most challanging THPS clone, it's easily my favorite snowboading game. But it was probably for the best, since it wasn't going to be developed by Dearsoft but by Treyarach, and even though they have experience with THPS games (their DC ports are excellent) their original title, Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer was dissapointing.
that's it? Seemed to me that most of the games were fairly recent disappearances, with the exception of The Lost. Weren't there other launch/early games that never made it out? I'll have to check some back issues.
Wouldn't have minded Fear Effect coming out. Guess that's something else to blame on Tomb Raider.
