Glad you had a great time man. Yeah, the Mardi Gras' have gotten a bit safer in NO over the years which is a good thing I guess. Better this way than the have like riot ridden festivals like San Diego and Seattle. But, yeah its hard to go to New Orleans and not have a great time ---

Next year we need to have a TNL get together and meet at the Tropical Isle --- Hand Grenades on me !!!

No, its just my home away from home. I grew up about an hour east of NO in south Miss. So, of course every weekend when we got bored and had nothing better to do involved heading to city to have a good time.

And yeah ,NO is definitely fun any time of the year especially when you dont have to put up with all of the crowds and can actually walk down Bourbon Street instead of being herded down it like a bunch of cattle.

I probably wont end up going back there for a while seeing as I live a bit more than an hour away from there currently - but the two times of the year I definitely dont miss out on are Halloween ( Voodoo Music Fest) and of course Mardi Gras.

Defintely let me know when you go down there next.We can get our party on TNL style
