Also, for whatever reason, the server I'm on seems to affect my framerate. I just play some Quick Play and it sucks, I play on Lhadatt's server and it's much better.

That might be it. Framerate usually suffers in online games if other factors aren't right, like lag and such.
Also, download the newest drivers for everything, especially that Radeon.
I just put up the site. The original purpose for omfgctf.com was a place to play/discuss my custom Halo gametype and other gaming/general stuff, but now I'm adjusting things a bit so they'll cover any games I'm hosting on the server. It's a work in progress - suggestions (not whining) are welcome.Everybody... all two I mean... are chatting Halo.

Apparently. I wasn't even expecting the bloody thing to run. Then, next thing I knew, I was in a 32-player Onslaught match with some random dude in the back of my jeep.

Good man! Been a busy week so I've been playing some off-kilter hours lately but I plan to be on in about 1.5-2 hours (right after I finish a movie) if anyone's still on then. I'm also going to test out simultaneous Live chat/UT2k4 play to see if it hurts my ping too much, anything above 30 starts pissing me off. Thankfully, I can usually get around a 12 ping on a lot of servers and that makes me very happy.

I have a 1.3ghz P4 and like 384 megs of RAM... I was able to run UT2K3 decently on my 3 year old Radeon (the FIRST Radeon that came out... it ran at like 800x600 with all features set to mostly medium, some low)... so do you seriously think a cheapie card like that 5200 would run UT2K4 better than 2K3 did on my first-gen 32meg Radeon?
Because Im seriously thinking about forking over the money and putting the hurt on you fools. But dont tell me like "oh yea you should get more RAM too"... because Im not buying any more RAM. Video card is all I would consider paying for.
But I really dont wanna lay off the booze and drugs.
