So I've heard many conflicting release dates. I've heard the game is coming out today, but i also heard it wont be in stores till thursday, can anyone shed some light on this situation? Please today today today, I need more onslaught lovin.

Just to clear things up a bit: I've read three reviews and five hands on impressions for UT 2004 and they all say that the game has forty new maps and over one hundred total maps. The sixty old maps are either remakes of classic UT levels (Facing Worlds) or maps from UT 2003.

You think they'd, y'know, tell consumers that when you go to buy the game. So they don't end up bitching about a paltry 20 new maps (and 85 rehases) instead.

But whatever, that's cool.

Hmmmmmm...................bastards. I need this game, my crack like addiction to the demo needs to end. I'm mostly pumped for the one Onslaught map with only one not seperating the 2 bases. Talk about complete and utter chaos on a 32 player game

Wow, got my SE from FedEx today, and at first I was kind of pissed because I was planning on canceling my EB order to pick it up at Best Buy, but shit, after playing some of the other Onslaught maps, it was totally worth it. The packaging is really cool, too. Now I just need to figure out how the damn headset works (And it's a pretty crappy headset at that, if anyone was curious, but hey, can't argue with free.).
