The store in Penguin Village is called Evo, it's a floor down from the entrance, and its prices are always better than J&L.

That second gaming store, was J&L (located on the bottom floor near what is now known as Evo.
...and then they moved.
Edit: man, those invisible hands are quite legendary around these parts.
