Holy crap!
Man, that is some nice PS work. Funny too. Is all of that custom, or 'cut and paste'? In any event, it's very well done, though some of the colors stand out a little, like the yellow for the for the prize attention grabber, might look better if it was closer to the color of the background, only brighter. And maybe some adjustment to the title text, black for cereal text just seems a little too "Look at me", maybe some chocolate brown...Mmmmm, chocolate! Any how Good job!
