Shipping to/from Puerto Rico is domestic, like anywhere in the U.S. $4.85 for priority shipping should have it to you in 2-3 days.

Why don't people in the US know that Puerto Rico is essentially a state? I amazed when people didn't know that they us US currency. It's the same as shipping it to any state, guys.
