If anyone needed the Paul Phoenix treatment, or at least just a little bit of hair on his nads, it would have to be Jacky Bryant. He is hands down the worst aesthetic combination ever created and presented to players as a fighting game character. He looks bad, sounds bad, and he's an annoying beast on top of that as well. :P

Jacky is awsome. His hair is like what a super saiyan would look in real life. He has even more fooked up hair in VF4 EVO.I think he has a bowl cut and he has a Viewtiful Joe helmet that makes him look exactly like joe with his normal 1p outfit.
