I was forbidden to play my brother's NES back then. My mother said it wasn't something girls should do...
Whenever she left, my father would play mario with me on and off, and later on he sat me down and showed me Doom and Duke Nukem.
We got a Genesis when I was six, for my brother at Christmas. Came bundled with Columns. By that point I didn't talk to my mother much anymore, and about a year later she gave up keeping me away from games. My brother lost his interest after Sonic 2, and the Genny was mine. ah, the hours I spent with Columns...
But I really got into games with the late PSone/PS2 launch. I missed everything before that (hell, I just got a SNES last month for the first time) so I'm definitely not old school.
I say we tar and feather the first person to break our 100% run on old school.
Can we ride them out of TNL on a rail too?
