  5. What I never understood is why every single local TV station in the US calls itself a "news station" or "news channel".

    It makes no sense.

    Anyways, that's a clever hack. No clue how they managed it, must have been an inside job.

  6. That was about as funny as seeing windows blue screen of death at places like Airport monitors, advertising monitors, digital billboards.

    I've seen funnier web hacks which were pretty well written and had some funny photoshop work to go with em.

    What site did those pics come from? I'm wondering if it isn't some sorta photoshop spoof.

    Apparently the station wasn't "hacked". They just had some sort of system where people could send in notifications of closed businesses.

    Obviously one employee wasn't very observant, and will be looking for a new job.

    Anyways, more pics here .
